1. Eligibility Checklist

Age Criteria

  • Candidates must be born on or after July 1, 2005.
  • This is a strict requirement; document proof is required at the time of counseling.

Academic Qualification

  • Must have secured an aggregate of 60% in PCM/PCB in Class 12.
  • 50% aggregate is required for SC/ST/North Eastern State candidates.
  • Candidates appearing in the 2026 Class 12 exam are provisionally eligible.

Compulsory Subjects

  • For B.Tech: Compulsory Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Biology (PCB) in Class 12.
  • PCB Stream: Eligible for B.Tech Bio-Stream programs only (e.g., Bioengineering).
  • PCM Stream: Eligible for all B.Tech programs.

2. Essential Certificates & Upload Specs

Prepare the following documents according to the specifications before starting the application.

3. The 3-Stage VITEEE Application Process

New User Registration

Provide personal details (Name, DOB, Mobile/Email). Verify your email through a link to complete the registration and obtain your unique Application Number.

Fill Application Form & Fee Payment

Log in and fill in detailed academic information, select preferred test cities, and upload the necessary documents (Photo, Signature, DOB proof). Pay the non-refundable application fee online.

Slot Booking & Confirmation

This is crucial. You must actively participate in Slot Booking to choose your preferred test date and time slot. After successful booking, download the admit card (hall ticket) and print the Confirmation Page.

5. VITEEE Exam Structure & Pattern (CBT)

The exam is computer-based, with a total of **125 Multiple Choice Questions** to be completed in **2 hours 30 minutes**.

  • Part I: Physics & Part II: Chemistry

    Covers the Class 11 & 12 syllabus. Both sections are compulsory. 35 Questions each (70 Questions total)

  • Part III: Mathematics OR Biology

    Candidates must choose **EITHER Mathematics (for all B.Tech) OR Biology (for Bio-Stream B.Tech)**. 40 Questions

  • Part IV: Aptitude & Part V: English

    Compulsory sections testing reasoning, data interpretation, and fundamental English grammar/usage. 10 Questions (Aptitude) + 5 Questions (English) = 15 Questions total

Scoring System

+1 Mark is awarded for every correct answer. There is NO negative marking for incorrect or unanswered questions in VITEEE, so attempt every question!
